
Across 10 months, the work covered five workstreams. Redesigned the gamification system to give users a stronger sense of progression and reward. Rebuilt the monetization system as modular, test-friendly components with contextual upgrade prompts. Designed the AI companion from scratch to feel like a supportive spiritual guide. Led a full UI refresh across the core app. Designed a referral and sharing program to reduce paid acquisition cost. Alongside all of this, cleaned up the design system to unify patterns across the app.

The monetization redesign improved free trials, trial-to-paid conversion, and renewals. The gamification redesign made spiritual habits feel more rewarding without relying on traditional streak mechanics.



When multiple workstreams ship in parallel without slowing each other down, the team gets more than just screens. Across 10 months, monetization moved the numbers, gamification kept users coming back, and the design system left a cleaner foundation than what existed before.
